Introduction
This document includes the terms of use of the website and services of The Light Squad Studio. It will also be necessary to read our Privacy Policy, where we detail our information handling practices.
Acceptance of conditions
You must read, understand and agree to these terms of use ("Terms") before accessing autentico.design or any of its links ("the Site"). By accessing the Site, you become subject to these Terms, which, together with our Privacy Policy, govern our relationship with you. You will only be able to enter after having read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.
You agree that The Light Squad Studio S.L. may use the information you share as set forth in our Privacy Policy at https:// autentico.design/politica-de-privacidad, attached to the document.
Site Access
You may occasionally be unable to access the Site or your browsing may be interrupted due to equipment failure, upgrades, maintenance or any other reason beyond The Light Squad Studio's control. The Light Squad Studio reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Site or any service and to remove any content as it deems appropriate, at any time and without notice. In addition, we may set certain limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to areas or to the Site and its Services generally, without notice and without liability.
Rates
The Light Squad Studio reserves the right to change its fees or charges for services offered on the Site (or to begin charging for any free services), provided that fees paid prior to such changes will not be affected.

The Light Squad Studio reserves the right to ban any user from its Services. It also reserves the right to remove any Content (including but not limited to projects, comments, messages, avatars, etc.) for any reason it deems necessary.
The Light Squad Studio, without limiting itself to any of these representations or warranties, has the right (but not the obligation) to (i) reject or remove any Content that, in its opinion, violates the Terms or is harmful or objectionable, or (ii) terminate or prohibit access to the Site to persons or entities for any reason it deems appropriate.
Special regulations for students
You agree to all terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy posted on the Site, when you reserve a spot in The Light Squad Studio classes.
All classes offered at The Light Squad Studio will be available only on the established dates.
Agrees to follow all reasonable rules established by the teacher for the Class, in addition to not taking actions that interfere with the performance of the teacher or other students in the Class.
You agree to take the Classes only for educational purposes and never with the intention of copying materials or techniques for your benefit or to take to other classes, or to disrupt any Class or the teacher's relationship with his or her students.
As a student, when you enroll in a class, whether it is a free or paid class, The Light Squad Studio gives you a license to view the class through The Light Squad Studio platform and Services, who in turn is the licensor of record. You are licensed to access the classes, but we are not selling them to you. This license does not grant you any right to resell the class in any way (including sharing your account information with a purchaser or illegally downloading the class and sharing it on torrent download sites).
In fuller legal terms, The Light Squad Studio grants you (as a student) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the classes and associated content for which you have paid all required fees, solely for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes through the Services, subject to these Terms and any conditions or restrictions associated with a particular class or feature of our Services. All other uses are expressly prohibited. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, retransmit, rent, share, loan, modify, adapt, edit or create derivative works, sublet, transfer or use any kind, unless we give you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of The Light Squad Studio. This also applies to content you can access through any of our APIs.
Intellectual property of The Light Squad Studio
The Light Squad Studio's trademarks, logo, sample code, software and other content included in the Services are protected by intellectual property rights. Access to the Site does not grant you any rights to these materials. Use of the content of our Site is prohibited unless permission is requested from the owner or permitted by law. It is also prohibited to use The Light Squad Studio's trademarks and logos included in the Services without our consent, or to remove, obscure or alter the text or notices included in The Light Squad Studio Materials, as it is prohibited to use them to assemble any database.
Various
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policies and other legal notices published by The Light Squad Studio constitute the entire agreement between the user and The Light Squad Studio with respect to the Services and the services offered by The Light Squad Studio. If any of the provisions are determined to be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions, which shall remain in force.
The failure of The Light Squad Studio to enforce or insist upon any of the provisions of these Terms shall not be taken as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course or conduct between the parties, nor their barter, shall modify any provision of the Conditions.
The Light Squad Studio may assign its rights and obligations under the Terms to any party at any time without notice.
All rights not expressly granted to The Light Squad Studio are reserved.
